CONSULTATIONS:

To reserve a consultation on Dr. Kohatsu or Deana Buan PA-C’s schedule, we collect a $25 reservation fee. This fee is charged upon completing the form below or when you call to schedule an appointment. After you meet with one of our providers, the reservation fee is converted into a credit on your account good towards future treatments and can also be used towards in-office purchases of premium skincare products. Please use the scheduler below to select the treatment your are interested in.

You must receive a consultation before booking a treatment if you have not yet received the desired treatment from Be Youthful Aesthetics.

TREATMENT SCHEDULING:

After receiving consultation and creating a customized treatment plan with your provider, our receptionist will find a time that works for you for your treatment date.
